Account Deletion Request

To delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Method 1: In-App (Instant)

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap on Account.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Method 2: Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed, please email queries@alxr.de with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Please include the email address associated with your account and the app for which the account is being deleted in your email.

What data will be deleted?

• Your authentication profile (Email, UID).
• All personal profile data stored in our database.
• Uploaded media and files.

Note: Transaction records for past purchases may be kept for 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
